Do Siki f918e300a6 feat(plane): add Plane-TODO sync script 
Add plane-sync.js one-way (Plane -> TODO.md) synchronization for the
MITHOME project. Config reads from .mcp.json with .env override. CLI:
--list, --dry-run, --yes, --project, --verbose, --help. Interactive
discrepancy resolution (status mismatches, orphans, new issues), backup
before write, rate limiting. Pure functions covered by node:test unit
tests. Includes PLANE-SYNC-GUIDE.md and TODO.md changelog entry.

Do Siki 30f0b94a2f chore: migrate from Linear to Plane MCP, add .agent/ framework 
- Add .agent/ directory with AGENTS.md, steering docs, workflows, references
- Replace CLAUDE.md with slim reference pointing to .agent/
- Migrate TODO.md from Linear ZEE-* to Plane MITHOME-* identifiers (26 issues synced)
- Add .mcp.json.example with Plane MCP server config
- Remove .agents/, .cursor/, .roo/ legacy directories
- Update .gitignore: add .mcp.json, remove old IDE dirs
- Replace linear-sync.js approach with Plane MCP server (@makeplane/plane-mcp-server)

Do Siki d1213f9b3f feat(ZEE-29): implement design system, dark mode, and JSON content management 
- Add comprehensive design system with CSS variables, animations, and utility classes
- Implement dark mode with ThemeProvider (system preference + manual toggle)
- Create JSON-based content management system in src/content/
- Update all pages to use structured JSON content
- Add ThemeProvider component with theme toggle button
- Update Header with glass effect and animated mobile menu
- Update Footer with dark mode support
- Update documentation (README.md, CLAUDE.md, knowledge.md, proto/README.md)
- Sync with Linear (ZEE-29 completed)
